Directors Message

Welcome to the Gold Wing Road Rider's Association's St. John’s Newfoundland- Region "L" Chapter "A", web page. GWRRA motto is Friends for Fun, Safety and Knowledge.

Our Chapter A is located on the east coast of Canada on the beautiful island of Newfoundland. Newfoundland is a very divest island with a lot of unique cultures, which makes for great motorcycling through hundreds of small towns spread over thousands of miles of coast line. While riding around the coastline of Newfoundland you can see icebergs and whales during the spring and summer months. Our season may be short but with the heat clothing and rain gear, we ride from April to end of October. if you’re planning a visited drop us a line.

The last Sunday morning of each month we meet at 9:30am for a breakfast social at the Travellers Inn on Kenmount road. In the winter month we meet every Wednesday night for coffee also at Travellers inn.

Everybody is welcome to join us regardless of what style, size or make of bike you ride. We have chapter members ranging in age mid thirty’s to mid seventies. A number of our members are also female riders. As you can see by our photo’s we try our best to live up to our motto. Please come out and join us for some fun.
